Sławomir Buszta and Sylwester Buszta, owners of Sefko, agree that Estiko is an excellent fit for the company, its employees, and customers. “Given the established position of both Estiko and Sefko in delivering customer-oriented packaging solutions, we are confident that this synergy will drive us to new heights, ensuring maximum value to our customers,” stated current owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the transaction is completed, Estiko Packaging Solutions acquires 100% of the shares. While the cost of the transaction remains undisclosed, the deal is expected to be concluded at the end of 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The transaction was advised by Nordic CF Advisory, Grant Thornton Poland and the law firms Gessel in Poland and TGS Baltic in Estonia on behalf of Estiko-Plastar AS, and by Dealbridge M&A Advisors and Rödl & Partner on behalf of Sefko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
