Estiko Packaging Solutions has participated in the Family-Friendly Employer label programme since Autumn 2018. According to the company, the recognition reflects its long-term commitment of building a caring, considerate and cohesive workplace culture that supports employees’ wellbeing and helps them balance work and family life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
“At Estiko Packaging Solutions, and across the wider Estiko Group, our ambition is to be a caring and considerate employer that fosters a strong sense of unity. We actively invest in creating an environment where our people feel valued and where future talent will want to build their careers,” said Ireen Saealle, HR Manager at Estiko Packaging Solutions and Estiko Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to Saealle, the employees value above all the friendly and supportive atmosphere, strong collaboration, and managers who are present and actively involved in day-to-day work. “The company’s stability, as well as opportunities for growth and learning is also frequently highlighted by employees, reinforcing Estiko’s reputation as an employer of choice,” added Saealle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Family-Friendly Employer programme is designed to help organisations build a culture that supports employee wellbeing and enables greater flexibility in balancing work and family responsibilities. The label is awarded at three levels – Gold, Silver and Bronze –, requiring organisations to complete a structured development programme and assessment. At Gold level, family-friendliness is considered an integral part of organisational culture and is reflected in day-to-day leadership decisions, employee feedback and advocacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The programme was launched by the Estonian Ministry of Social Affairs in 2016 and is co-financed by the European Social Fund. More than 110 organisations across Estonia have received the label to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
