Estiko Group’s themed‑year tradition has become an important way to value collaboration and keep the focus on people and the Group’s shared values. The Team Estiko scholarship, launched last autumn, was created to support Estonian athletes and local communities. The same principle now extends across the organisation, encouraging initiatives that bring more cooperation and balance into everyday work, with flexible ways for different units to participate throughout the year.
“Team Estiko’s core idea is to support holistic development – both physical and mental,” said Kristo Seli, CEO of Estiko Group. “The same principle fits perfectly with the way we wish to work within our organisation. When we support one another, stay active, and nurture team spirit, we achieve more together,” Seli added.
Estiko Group introduced its theme‑year initiative in 2021 with the aim of offering employees across the Group, as well as the wider public, a rich and engaging programme that encourages the exchange of valuable insights and shared experiences. Over the years, the focus has ranged from environmental awareness to health and well-being to cultural enrichment – each aligning with the Group’s broader mission of bringing people and fields together in shaping a better, more sustainable future.
