Estiko Packaging Solutions has participated in the Family-Friendly Employer label programme since Autumn 2018. According to the company, the recognition reflects its long-term commitment of building a caring, considerate and cohesive workplace culture that supports employees’ wellbeing and helps them balance work and family life.

The Family-Friendly Employer programme is designed to help organisations build a culture that supports employee wellbeing and enables greater flexibility in balancing work and family responsibilities. The label is awarded at three levels – Gold, Silver and Bronze –, requiring organisations to complete a structured development programme and assessment. At Gold level, family-friendliness is considered an integral part of organisational culture and is reflected in day-to-day leadership decisions, employee feedback and advocacy.
The programme was launched by the Estonian Ministry of Social Affairs in 2016 and is co-financed by the European Social Fund. More than 110 organisations across Estonia have received the label to date.
